Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mash ½ of a ripe banana until smooth.
Add the applesauce, maple syrup, sunflower seed butter, and vanilla to the mashed banana. Mix well until fully combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
Gently fold in the raisins and blueberries.
Using a ¼-cup measuring scoop, portion the dough into about 12 mounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the bottoms are lightly golden.
