Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Apple Sauce No Sugar Added
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seed Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries Fresh or Frozen
  • 1/3 cup Raisins

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mash ½ of a ripe banana until smooth.
  • Add the applesauce, maple syrup, sunflower seed butter, and vanilla to the mashed banana. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the raisins and blueberries.
  • Using a ¼-cup measuring scoop, portion the dough into about 12 mounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the bottoms are lightly golden.
  • Let cool before serving, enjoy!
